About Your Trainer

Kay Stoner is a podcaster, software engineer, and the Executive Producer of Women In Music with Laney Goodman, a nationally syndicated public radio show now in its 10th year of broadcasting, and heard on over 100 markets nationwide, each week. Kay originally planned to become a school teacher, like her mother and grandfather, and she majored in secondary education in college, but she ultimately found her way into eLearning instead of the classroom. Over the past 20 years, she has trained many professionals, from admininstrative assistants learning Word Perfect... to HR reps at a multinational high-tech firm struggling with new recruiting software... to computer programmers who needed a crash course in coding for web accessibility. She has trained individuals from the United States and abroad, in both live sessions and teleseminars, and across multiple time zones. Now she brings her personal, engaging style and a love of this new medium to the podcasting world, to enable all who are interested in podcasting to understand and excel in audio creativity.
